Been after one of these for a while now. It states some modification needed for the V6. What modification and how easy is it to do.

Its is hinged but once its all bolted up it doesn't move.
To fit i marked up the holes to the ring, removed top strut plate and jacked up the car, drilled holes and then bolted ring to the turret. lowered car and connected all up.
No engine cover because i had the Vectra cam covers fitted so don't know if the cover will fit but i guessing it won't. and as to fitting a 16v don't know.

Didn't touch the plastic arch no need, with the car jacked up body went up and suspension stayed down allowing me to get my arm up inside the turret.
I used two bolts each side for the strut brace.
