Been after one of these for a while now. It states some modification needed for the V6. What modification and how easy is it to do.

Nice link, One of my 1st Buys I think.

Like I stated I want to keep the cally as standard as possible, but anything that improves handling gets a thumbs up from me.

Do you think the engine cover will have to be removed though or will it sit above it? I know this sound silly but, how is it fixed to the strut tops?

Its is hinged but once its all bolted up it doesn't move.

To fit i marked up the holes to the ring, removed top strut plate and jacked up the car, drilled holes and then bolted ring to the turret. lowered car and connected all up.

No engine cover because i had the Vectra cam covers fitted so don't know if the cover will fit but i guessing it won't. and as to fitting a 16v don't know.

When I fitted vectra covers I managed to cut down the oil cap enough to get the engine cover back on with a fake oil cap fited :) so might be possible. Did you have to remove the plastic inner arch? How many bolts are each side?

Didn't touch the plastic arch no need, with the car jacked up body went up and suspension stayed down allowing me to get my arm up inside the turret.
I used two bolts each side for the strut brace.
