ABOUT US

ClubCalibra is a United Kingdom (UK) based group that is a part of the VBOA who are devoted to the love and care of the Calibra cars sold under the Vauxhall, Opel and Holden brands.

ClubCalibra operates and owns the membership group (referred to in this policy as "membership") and the website ClubCalibra.net that hosts our membership forum and information site (referred to in this policy as the "service"). The Service is hosted in the United Kingdom and is available through the Website, and is not directed to individuals under the age of sixteen (16). ClubCalibra does not knowingly collect information from individuals under sixteen (16) years of age without prior parental consent or consistent with applicable law.

CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT; DELETING INFORMATION

Our goal is delete the ClubCalibra account you requested within 30 days of receiving your written request. For the Website, we will delete your email, IP address, username and your profile information. We will also anonymise your posting and images tied to your username. If you close your ClubCalibra account, we will use reasonable efforts to ensure that information about you is no longer accessible or used by the Service. However, as permitted by applicable law, we retain and may use information about you as necessary to comply with our legal and/or financial obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and other legitimate purposes (including, for document retention and security purposes). We do not store information longer than we need it. The cookies we set expire no later than 30 days after they were last accessed.
