take a small child.....

You think i'm kidding?

You have to start with the steering wheel cowling and go from there... there is a how to somewhere - try a search on it and see

Try removing the glove box. If you can do that it should be very easy.

Just to add

Heater panel lights always come on when you turn the ignition on, hence why they burn out so quick
My led's are wired up to the glovebox light so that they only come on when the lights are on

Rusty,

Trust me - if you can take the dials out, you can easily do this job. The worst part IMO is taking the lower trim off the dials cos im always scared its gonna break. Follow the guide shown above and you cant go wrong. I did on my old cav and on then on this one the day after I bought it...

Just take your time....

i've had the glove box out before when i was messing around up there for the trip comp so i'll give it all a go when the headunit comes(and the plasters). just out of interest robbie how long did your dash take to complete i've seen your pics and it looks the mutts nutts

Push in ones the same size as the dash ones.

Ypu could allways fit LED's in that area

Go well with my dials I had made too
