Was about two weeks ahead we got tickets, unfortunately that morning the M1 decided we weren't going to make it so we didn't.

It's been a couple of years since I did it so perhaps it's more popular now.

Still, if Clarkson does get the boot then I guess no-one will have to worry about getting Top Gear tickets anymore, the 3 of them will probably bugger off to Sky & start something new as both May & Hammonds contracts happen to be up for renewal!

Like him or hate him, his controversial remarks generate a lot of publicity. It is coming to a point now that they become controversial because he said them.
Publicity generates revenue whether it is good or bad.
