Rare Calibra Spot?

Got chatting to a guy today who had a solid black Calibra on a 'P' Reg. Was an 8v with a full irmscher kit on it, log book showed it being a DTM, not something ive seen before?

could tell dvla mine was a DTM and they would put that on the V5 ...dont mean it is one though

didnt think they sill used the 8v in 1996 aside from the se6

could just be a se5 that wasnt registered at he same time as the others and as fraz says you can tell the dvla any thing
