What the heck is this, maggot/catapillar worm thing?

found 2-3 on a wall crawling up from behind a cupboard..

camera is a powerful macro HD so dont think its big, the paper is loo roll, so you can get an idea for the size from how defined the surface is, paper is pretty smooth. andrex you see lol.. anyhow ... 2-3mm long, seems to either have a cacoon, or have made itself a little tube from dust etc. all had done the same, nothing of any mouse the cat dragged in variety found behind cupboard.
