Total U-Turn

by Calibra_Mike » Mon Mar 12, 2012 8:04 pm

So here I am back where I started... went out to my garage today to start listing up the parts I was going to break from the Calibra and sell and there I found myself sat in the drivers seat thinking to myself... to hell with it, why whouldn't I fix it up and get it back on the road...

If not going to cost to much, it's SORN at the moment, I have my work van to get around in, I have all the time in the world so I'm staying put... one thing I will ask though before I get to carried away, the issue with the welding on the rear suspension is this likely to just come back next year or once welded will it be a long time fix?

I think I needed some sun to come out for me to remember doing work on a car isn't all bad, the rear brakes will be fun to fix but I've done them before so I just need to pull my finger out... another Calibra saved from the breakers yard, just wish I hadn't ragged it home from the garage after the MOT, still no damage done, from what i can tell..
