Wire brush the ferrules and paint them with hammerite.
Get the flexi replaced and this will sort out the lambda and make sure the car has had an oil and air filter change and stick some cat a clean in the fuel tank to sort out the emissions problems. As for the lights, they may require some adjustment

Rear Registration plate insecure (6.3.1b) requires resecuring
Front no beam pattern Headlamp aim aimed so that it dazzles other road users (1.8) **DANGEROUS** check the bulb is fitted correctly in the headlamp
Offside Front no beam pattern Headlamp aim aimed so that it dazzles other road users (1.8) **DANGEROUS** check the bulb is fitted correctly in the headlamp
Nearside Rear Brake hose ferrule excessively corroded (3.6.B.4e) replace to be safe
Offside Rear Brake hose ferrule excessively corroded (3.6.B.4e) replace to be safe
Front flexi pipe Exhaust has a major leak of exhaust gases (7.1.2a) will require replacing as there is not much you can do with a flexi pipe
Exhaust emissions carbon monoxide content after 2nd fast idle excessive (7.3.D.2b) down to hole in exhaust
Exhaust emissions Lambda reading after 2nd fast idle outside specified limits (7.3.D.2b) down to hole in exhaust

Advisory Notice issued work on these over time
