Re: Springs
Jamex springs, Eibach springs or Spax springs seem to be the best.
I wouldn't recommend Gmax, even on a 40mm drop the ride just seems too harsh and go-kart like.

Re: Springs
I've got Eibach springs on mine (30-35mm lower on Eco 16V) & I'm very happy with them. The ride height looks well & they are really comfortable too. Got them from company called ESP design. Price? around £130 including delivery
Re: Springs
i recently lowered my car with a set of spax 40mm springs (didnt need to replace the dampers as i was told they were perfect as the car hadnt been molested etc.
what ive found is that its a slightly bumpier ride (mind you i think i need to replace the arb links soon) but it looks wicked and corners really well..

I would recommend Gmax springs, used them for a few years now without any problems.
