weird noises

There seems to be a weird rubbing noise coming from the front of the calibra when i drive between 30 -80mph.
there is also a knocking noise coming wheni accelerate.
I thought it was the drivers side driveshaft so i changed it with no change.
any ideas???????????????

can you describe the running sound in more detail? Plus the knocking could always be the other side Drive shaft

its only really noticable when the engine is warm. sounds the there is something rubbing because when i accelerate it gets quicker.i think the knocking could be the arb/wishbone!!

rubbing sound could be the cam belt cover on the belt
