Fairly likely candidate I'd say.
Dead simple to check tho mate, don't even really need the car jacked up if it's as severe as mine was! Either in good sunlight, or with a torch, you should be able to see the ARB's just by looking underneath from the front of the car. Mine was pretty damn obvious as it had sheared completely (as you can see in the pic), tho I did notice once or twice before I got it changed that the 2 halves had met up again , in which case it wouldn't have been quite so obvious it was broken.

When I did my passenger ARB link last w/end I put it in the wishbone first, tightented it a bit, then used the jack to raise the wishbone until the bolt was at the right level to go into the roll bar, easy enough then to pop it through and tighten it all up.
Joker, on the photo of the broken bit you've posted it looks to me like they are the older 'pendulum' style ARB links, the ones that are a right b!tch to do. I don't know if you can use the newer style to replace them or not, I'm sure someone on here can tell you either way...
I hope you can tho, as even I found them easy with my limited mechanics skills..

Hacksaw through the old one (I mean the ARB Link not the bar)
you should be able to get them from your local motor factors or autovaux for about £10 or less...
once you have the new parts in your hand you'll be able to see how they go on... just make sure you dont do the bolt at the bottom bit up too tight, the rubbers are not meant to be squashed...
