Any electrical issues

JUST TOOK THE SE9OUT FOR A SPIN AND TURNED ON LIGHTS, THE FRONT LEFT DIP AINT WORKING. GOT SIDE LIGHTS, GOT MAIN BUT AINT GOT DIP. CHECKED ALL THE NORM BLOWN BULB, FUSE EARTH BUT NOTHING. ANY SUGGESTIONS I NEED HELP.

THE BULB IS BRAND NEW AND WORKS IN THE OTHER SIDE FINE. BAFFLED

Have you checked the wires for the headlight unit?

yeah everything seems fine on the wiring, could it be the relay??

recheck the wires mate, I had a headlight that liked to turn itself off... leave the lights of and the open the bonnet and give the wires a bit of a pull/wigle see if that makes anything come to life...

put a volt meter on the thing and no power went to the fuse board and no power at the dip fuse any suggestions

the calibra headlights are inherently bad and some have very little voltage at the lights themselves, have you tried another relay yet?

just to update you all, headlights fixed , theres no relay for the dip and it runs off the switch to the fuse and then to the headlight bulb, just a bad wire connection and a kink that needed to be traced all sorted thanks for advice though.

now all you have to do is invest in a set of h i d's so you can actually see at night,lol

Seriously. Get HIDs. Solder where HIDs connect to headlight harness - and you'll never need to worry again.

Seriously i dont need hids as i dont drive at night just needed them working for legal reasons ie the police/law
