camshaft sensor

Ive just fitted new belt etc and need a new sensor but wiring is different could someone explain to me how u do the new wiring for this sensor.

the wiring should be the same as the loom, but I know there was problems with the loom and plug so they send a new bit with the new sensor, never done one myself but I'm told you need to trim back the wire to the existing plug in the loom cut it off and join the new piece of loom and plug on
