anyone with a magic wand or cystal ball or summat who can tell me why i have no ecu light!?!?

nah bulb changed, the car stared yesterday... then tried again, no ecu light, no starting and the ignition stays one after you turn it off! i do love my car!

ignition switch replaced 2 times... had no ignition switch when it started, stu hot wired it. as for whats been done recently, um... yeh well, melted a few wires, replaced a few wires... changed coil, the plug that goes on to the coil has no power, apparently all three wires in that plug are acting as an earth.

i dont suppose the accumilator bulb thingy 'swooshing' everytime the battery is related?

you sure its not the fuel pump relay as if that is faulty or not working properly then the eml won't light up on the dash

quite possibly, it was screaching like **** yesterday. would that explain why the ignition wont switch off, even with no key in it... or why the 3 wires that plug into the coil thingy are all earths!? [img]/laugh.gif[/img]
