Heater panel bulb replacement

Has anyone followed the 'how to' guide on here for replacing blown bulbs in the heater control panel, how did they find it, easy or awkward? I need to do mine as they have all gone, any other sites people know of that have the guides as well?

only one bulb even though absolutley nothing lights up on it????
surely thats not right as my old one used to have part of it dim and when i hit it it came as bright as the rest of it so there must be more than one.
