No horn or mirrors!!

Sorry to keep askin for help but this car has spent more time being fixed in the last week. (since i bought it)!! than it has on the road. My horn isnt working, i took the cover off the steering wheel and the connections look ok, when i push down the pad i can hear the relay click away in the fuse panel, all the fuses look ok so im a bit lost. also my lecky mirrors dont work. Am i missing somthing obvious?

Anyone know of a way of testing the horn unit itself, make sure thats working to elimanate it from my enquires????

yes take the front bumber off, under the right side of it , there are the horns , get 2 bits of wire , conect them to the batt and they should work... if not .. there had it .

Yeah i checked the fuses and they all look ok!!
Cheers for that, i thought the horn was up behind the top mount on the passenger side near the scanning plug!! how silly do i feel now!!! What have i been looking at then?
