two types of turbo pads???

I have purchased red dot 20 grooves from ebay and had them fitted. When it came to fit the red dot pads, there was a problem, they are a different shape.
I had a pair of basic halfords ones for a turbo in my garage and they do not fit either (same as red dot).
I need some pads as i am running my new discs on mullered pads.
Are there two types of pads for a turbo?

iirc up to 95, and 96 on are different

are the later turbo pads the same as v6 ones?

the pads are different for models up to 95 and 96 on. the V6 and C20LET pads are the same regardless of year.

umm, confused...
...so i need the later turbo pads then? V6 will not fit?

he he i thought that would confuse you.

the turbo and v6 pads are the same. you just need to get the later ones.
