fitting a high level brake light with check control??
from what i know the bulb warning system measures the current running through the bulbs so that when one bulb fails the current drops and the the bulb warning light will show.
so if i fit a high level brake light which has 4, 5w capless bulbs, when i brake the high level lamp will illuminate, drawing current from the other bulbs and the warning light will show. am i right so far?
assuming i am. if i replace the 4 5w bulbs in the lamp with led's then this shouldn't cause a problem with the check control because led's don't draw current in the same way that a normal bulb does??? am i right?
any help will be much appreciated
