are you sure that's where it was coming in as any water running down the window should run out the bottom of the door, and its the inside bit of the rubber that seals the window not the bit in pic 3 that is all cracked, good job tho looks alot better with it replaced

try the bottom left hand corner of the windscreen that's where Steve's was leaking the, it had a new windscreen put in and it hadnt been glued right, also lift the carpet and see if there's and holes at the left hand footwell, it could just be condensation from the winter we had

Sorry to hijack this, but the drain hole under the scuttle, how does that let water in the inside? I thought it should drain away outside the body, down the inner wing?

Just that my drivers side gets very wet, but under the carpet....my 1st thoughts were the seal on the blower cowl letting water in?

the drains (there is also the elephant trunk thingy) if they are blcoked will mean the water wont drain away, and then it will be able to get over the small lip around the heater blower and leak inside

Cheers....but how do you know if the holes at the side of the scuttles (as in the pic) are blocked?, or is it just that if the actual hole is blocked then its blocked?

The seal can also go on the heater blower lip too, i had that go on one of my old cavs!
