Looking into a new alarm/immob system hopefully a cat1,
Can you recommend one and how much?
I've got about £300

i just had a cat 1 toad fitted by <a href="http://www.alarms4u.co.uk.the" target="_blank">www.alarms4u.co.uk.the</a> bloke who runs it is tops.worth a look.

I would get one of these. I have one like it good alarm.

I hate to say that, but if its anything like the mannix ones, then its not good at all. There is a major security fault with the mannix systems. THey are good gadgets, but thats as far as they are. If you want good security, then you have to look into things like Toad/Clifford and etc. Don't get something you haven't heard of.

And Ian, if you have a mannix one mate, then i strongly recommned fitting an extra immobiliser, or like me, install hidden switch somewhere to diable your fuel pump, or injectors or coil.

i paid £350 fitted with glass break sensors and body and wheel protectors.plus the toad ai606 cat 1 alarm.
