Just a 2.5 V6 to go in to compliment it all nicely. Early June, watch this space!

I'm only going to Billing once this year & that's with .com I'm afraid.

I've also just lost the bonnet extension, looked crap IMO.

Re: The On-Going Project SE4
Bit of an update (& a few more pics
).

The bonnet extension is gone forever (and sold), was a good idea at the time but looked chavvy & s**t when fitted.
I finally picked up a 2.5 V6 on Saturday though so happy days, I now have a donor car!

I paid far more than I'd allowed for on this but there's a very good reason for that. Firstly, I've known the owner & the car for a few years & it's mechanically spot on. It already has 'G' cams, an enlarged TB, Vectra cam covers & a 4.0 bar fpr fitted so I've made a few quid back already in selling mine. It also came with Robbie's old Wolfrace Ikons which I've provisionally sold & the rest of the parts I've provisionally sold has practically made me my money back.
It's going to be a little while before I can actually crack on with the conversion as my missis is having an operation next week which means for at least 6 weeks after that, I'm on full duty around the house while she recovers so no playing with cars for a little while.
I will get cracking on it in early July though, I've been driving the donor for the last 3 days now & have to say I can't wait to get that lump in the SE4!

We should meet up mate, go for a mini "L&D drive"!

There's a guy in Dunstable buying most of the front end of my donor to get his back on the road so that should be another one in our area saved.
