well after watching the videos off the highland tour at steves over the weekend i thought i might try 1 of these to see how good thay are

I just hold the camera out the window and take pictures, seems to work fine for me....though the other lot seemed to think I was trying to fling a camera at them

thats ok for stills but driving one handed at 100mph down small (private roads) it might end in disaster

Get some plastic tubing or conduit, two U bolts, 4 wingnuts, a 1/4 whitworth bolt.

Put the tubing on the seat backs, file a groove into the tubing where the inner headrest post is, then drill holes so that you can fit the U bolts. That should clamp the tube across the seat backs. The wingnuts will aid removal without the need for tools.

Then drill a vertical hole in the tube in the centre of the two seats for your 1/4 whitworth bolt to fit the camera.

Tadaaaa.... Bob's your dads brother. :thankyou:

you could mount it upside down, just means you would have too turn the telly upside down when you play it back :doh:
