you could always contact the DVLA ...I think they charge you about £10, you will have to give a good reason for why you wish to get the owners name ....could try you have found some important documents realting to the car you wish to pass on..service book, pass code for the car and a recall notice that has been carried out...worth a shot ...they can only say no or tell you its scrapped

I've traced a few of the guys from the Shetland motorsport club and messages them to see if they know anything.
It may be sat in a scrappy, had the engine ripped out, or sat on someones driveway waiting for me..

He scrapped the car. It was rotten, sills, floor, arches.. guess thats what happens after spending years in Shetland.
