Electric mirror problem

Hi guys, can anyone help me? ive just bought a V6, the only problem with it is the electric mirrors wont work, when i press the button to adjust them it makes a sort of clicking noise but nothing happens, could it be a blown fuse? Also would it damage them if i adjust the inner mirrors by hand? Thanks.

try changing the switch first mate before changing anything else
