VBOA International Meeting
VBOA International Meeting
May 20th – 23rd, 2016
The Meeting will take place from Friday the 20th to Monday the 23rd of May 2016.
The event will be based at the 3 star Mercure Leeds Parkway Hotel just a few miles from the Yorkshire Dales National Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty with bustling market towns and great driving roads.
With excellent road connections via the A1, M1 and M62 the hotel is centrally located for UK participants and easily reached from the ports of Hull, Harwich, Liverpool and Holyhead. Leeds-Bradford International Airport is just 4 miles away and Manchester Airport is also easily accessed.
We are pleased to announce that we have negotiated a very competitive rate with the hotel and therefore the event will cost just £350 per couple (assuming two people sharing a double room) and £245 for a single room.
The price includes:
3 nights bed, breakfast and evening meal in 3 * accomodation
Dedicated hotel car parking with overnight security
Yorkshire themed gala dinner on Sunday with entertainment
Saturday and Sunday road runs designed by local expert Dave Dickinson
Route instructions
Event “rally” plate
Membership of the on-site health club with pool, spar, gym and sauna
Free WiFi throughout the hotel
You are now invited to join us on this event by registering via an entry form and paying a deposit of £175 per room by January 29th 2016, at the latest. For an entry form go to the International listing in the Events tab at http://www.vboa.org.uk or call 07932 330334.
We have contracted for 45 rooms and these will be allocated on a first come first served basis. If demand exceeds this we will do our best to get extra rooms, but as this cannot be guaranteed, we suggest you send a deposit as soon as possible to secure your place on this prestigious event.
The VBOA looks forward to welcoming you to Yorkshire in 2016.
