Replacement for LE suspension

Can anyone give good recommendation for replacement of LE turbo's Irmscher suspension (-25mm)?

I want to keep ride height about the same, so looking around -25 to -30mm. Looking at Eibach -25mm springs at the moment. Also after new shocks at same time, any suggestions? Don't really need adjustable, as long as they're good on road, and ok for occaisional track days.
