Watch the springs when they come off.
The screw/bolt that holds the disks on ay be corroded in.
Ensure you have the right size allen key to undo the calipers irc 10mm (better still have it as part of a socket se for more leverage.
pics and a tutorial would be good submit it to jaybv6 or gunter

right ..
1. slacken wheel nuts on both wheels
2. Jack up car and place Axel stands under car
3. remove both wheels
4. turn wheel so your chosen wheel to start with is pointing out wards
5. remove anti rattle spring...pliers /mole grips or lever off with screwdriver
6. remove plastic caps on caliper (if they are there of course
7.use 7mm allan key to unscrew caliper sliders (sort of bolt)
8.remove the caliper from carrier ..may need to lever it up a bit with screwdriver
9. leave the front old pad in , and replace the caliper ..leaving the back pad out (one the piston pushes)
10. hold the caliper in place and lever the piston back using a flat tool screwdriver or bar)
11. fit new pads
12. reassemble caliper
should also clean the old caliper at the bits where the pads sit in ..also a wee bit copper grease on the rear of the new pads
thats about it in a nutshell
picture help a wee bit
