hi all hope someone can answer something for me
i have m reg v6 cally which has 3l omega police engine fitted
the problem is the suspention doesnt seem right on the front when you go over a bump it bounces and nods up and down not alot just a bit also when i put my foot down the front lifts and feels unstable
has suspention had it, or just need better
can anyone help please

Sounds to me like your shocks are bad. The excessive bouncing is a dead giveaway

presumably the 3.0 engine doesn't weigh much more than the 2.5 so i would guess that the shocks are knackered.

BTW, how much does the 3L engine put out?

Yeah, definately sounds like shocks as has already been said.

It may be superfluous - but do the bounce test: apply your full weight to the front off-side wing and bounce the suspension as much as you can. When you release you should only get one complete travel of the shocks and then it will settle down.

any more and they're shot. Go get 'em replaced as soon as. If not you will be putting undue wear on the tyres. Speaking of which: Do you HAVE undue wear on the tyres?

hubby checked with bounce test but didnt seem to think there was to much bounce but still doesnt seem right to me i think i will have to get some sport ones as i will be making it into a 4x4 and lightened flywheel and chip eventually so can anyone sugest good suspension and the cheepest place to get them please

Sounds like your shock absorbers are on their way out.
Out of curisoity, does the car feel like it's skating left to right (front)?
check your springs...

The best suspension set-up in my opinion would be Koni adjustable shocks and Eibach springs (-35mm)
