Ok fault shows : 25 - Faulty Sensor toothed Ring, gear - Incorrect gear. Check condition of the teeth on crown wheel/toothed ring.

So i guess it means that the teath are just dirty ?

And seeing as i put new Cv's on the front 6 months ago im guessing its the rears that will need doing ?

carb cleaner and a polish on the crowns should sort you then - I had the damn' light flashing on mine after every bout of crappy weather... it got predictable in the end

When the ring is on the hub the space at the crack is even bigger.

So good old autovax will be called tomorow for 2 new ones and a drop linq whilst im at it as the boot has split on one of them.

Yeah I think so.. same problem in Denmark.. Our weather/air is filled with salt (sea and stuff You know). To just make it worse we use salt to clean roads for snow and ice.

Essential to underbody treatment then! Products like Dinitrol, Pava and Tectyl are probably not known in Germany

Viele autos sind Verkauft nach Dänemark für ausslachten 90% von Deutchland (sorry for my ****ty german)

How many teeth is on the ring? (we have some parts mixed with Vectra 2000 and Calibra - some differs in ABS )
