Suspension problem?

Did a three point turn today in a very very narrow street and ended up going on the kerbs. As my passenger side wheel came off the kerb there was a loud twanging sound, and ever since then there has been an occasional clunking sound coming from there. I've just seen this thread...

and was thinking it could be the anti roll bar link? I'm not that clued up on suspension :confused: but pressed that corner down and it came back up without bouncing if thats any help. Having to wait until light to get the wheel off and have a look.
