hi there mate there is a few ways to do
1. pull and it drum with a hammer while pulling it
2.slacken off handbrake ,where the rear cables are attached to the handle
3.slacken off the shoes through the inspection holes on the face of the drum,

as above, slacken off the handbrake shoes thrugh the inspection hole. adjuster is a cog towards the top of the drum, get a screwdriver in and turn it, cant remember which way. get a small torch if yo cant feel for it. dont just use brute force or you may damage the backplate where the handbrake shoes are connected.

glad to help mate , a good rule of thumb is to adjust them up so the discs slightly rub a little
