want to put 4 stud on my 5 stud cally

with me purchasing some nice 19 inch 4 stud alloys for my old car that has been written off i was abit stuck with my wheels as ive now got a calibra with 5 stud.

was looking into swapping the front & rear hubs over. I know the fronts are straight forward but not too sure whats involved to change the rear's over.

wondered if any one has done this and whats involved along with any difficulty's i may come across.

Anyone help?

what is your car a V6 or Turbo cause with the turbo you've got a rear axel as well

the car was a V6 mate, just had a c20let dropped in it.

So the rear setup is the same as the 2.0 16v 4 stud setup i have on my old car i believe

Can't see it wont work should just be a matter of changing front struts and complete rear trailing arms

if you're doing the rear trailing arms it's probably best to do the bushes while you're on

my current car already has Powerlex bushes fitted to front and rear so would i be able to reuse them?

I changed my se6 from four stud to 5 stud. I know your wanting to go the other way round, but as long as you get the car high enough off the ground to give yourself plenty of room there should be no major problems :D

I took a trailing arm a cally that I was breaking and it took about 30 mins, as mentioned good clearence needed as some bolts can be a bit tight.

Can't see any reason why you can't reuse the bushes as long as there in goo condition.
