Well paper clip test should tell you where is problem...
Get under the car and check all abs rings and check if any teeth is missing on one of them, also check are they clean (anything/mud in holes betwen teeths), check abs sensor cables and check where they plug in if connection corroded or got loose.
If everything looks fine and there are still no codes on paper clip test but abs ligh is staying on try disconnecting car battery for20-30 min so it clears fault codes...

Have a look at the tech section it tells you how to read ABS codes. Mine said an OSF sensor was the problem so I replaced it and the light went off.
hormonedmonkey - do you mean the diagnostic plug? As you look at the engine bay it's on the far right corner near the alarm siren/relay box

Even if you clean the sensors that may not solve the problem. The only way to be sure is to replace them. I had the same problem with the passenger side sensor and no matter how clean it looked, it was still faulty and after replacing it the fault went away

It is meant to light up on initial start up...
Mine dosent come on at all so im thinking someones removed the bulb although I swear it used to light up... unless I have a blown bulb, still gotta check this...
Another thing, does the ABS make a noise when you first start the car up, I remember when I first got the car it would make a sort of buzz noise for a second then stop, like the ABS was turning on or something, it doesnt do this anymore???
