weird creaking noise ......

Ive noticed my car has a weird creaking noise from the front of the car , when you have 2 people in the car it does it quite loud and can be annoying when literally stopped but when the car is going say 50 /60 ish you dont hear it anymore but when im driving it only makes a slight creak several times

Ive checked incase i might of had dry joints ,ive wd40d some of the joints this morning but its still doing it ,also ive noticed if you pull the steering onto full lock left it creaks and the other way doesnt.

i did notice it only started when i took my car to my local garage to get tracking done.

so anybody got any ideas?

you could be right fraz ,its only on the left side
