crazy positive camber!!!

Right went for a spin to check out my brakes last night and they seem fine (woohoo) however looking at my wheels the story is not so good the new strut i put on the passenger side, is put in right as far as i can tell anyway, but there is a fairly bad positive camber on the wheel. basically its sitting about an inch outside the wheel arch on the top. bottom looks about right however. (opposite side has neg camber cos the car is lowered, as did the previous passenger strut)

question is : will getting the tracking done sort the problem or could it be a case that the strut which i got from a breakers is bent? (although id find it hard to explain how it got bent that way and it does look fine by eye)
also my cally is a 93 the strut i got is from a 97. is there any difference?

id take a pic but im too depressed and tired to be arsed going out to it again.
