Wont Brake
I fitted new disks and pads to my cally today.
And now the brake pedal is really spongey, can push the pedal all the way to the floor and it hardley brakes.
But when i pushed the piston in i didnt open the bleed nipple so there shouldnt
be any air in the system.
so whats wrong with it?

tbh i dont know, iv just heard that sometimes when you return the piston in the caliper it can stuff the seals, usually if you have done it too quick or sommit, have heard of people opening the bleed nipple when pressing the pistons to prevent it.
It might be worth trying to bleed the brakes to see if that helps at all before messing with the MC

be carefull if the seal in the MC is gone, then bleeding the brake will make it worse and you'll loose all brakes(assuming you can drive it at all as it is).
Can you pump up pressure at all if you keep pumping the pedel?? if you can its not MC if you can't its MC.. its easy to cahnge, two pipes, and a couple of nuts holding it to the vac servo. you'll need to bleed the brakes after.

Sorry, i wasn't that clear, the pressure needs to be high up in the pedel movement, near the top. if it is there, then you just need to bleed it will probably be ok.. make sure you let the pedel back *slowly* while bleeding.
if the pedel only goes hard half way down or less then the MC seal is fuggered.
