cheers mate.
just bought a 4x4 turbo.
the car had been dumped on its arse with eibach springs. i got failed for being to low and had to raise the car. had all sorts of trouble finding springs that would fit and raise the car. Back was easy but front was a nightmare. ended up getting front springs from a Vectra Diesel, that didn't even come out here, but a few had been imported from the UK. they use exactly the same springs as the cali trubo.
i am all sorted now. was just wandering what the original springs were. cause no one here knows! in Australia hardly anyone knows about these cars. makes it very hard.
Actually flying over to the UK this sunday for a few weeks holiday. plan on checking out some parts for my turbo. Where would i start?? anywhere you reccommend i go? would love to upgrade my ECU software with maybe an EVO 3 chip (phase 1). where would i get something like this when i come over?
any help would be much appreciated.
Cheers
