loud clunking noise....

i think my cally is ill lol ,over the last couple of weeks i have had had a slight clunk that seems to be just making noises everytime im driving the car especially if the steering wheel is turned one way and back the other way...

any ideas ,im gonna get under there tomorrow and give it a through check as im pretty sure that it sounds like some thing is loose...
