Sparco Strut Brace Fitting

Any issues relating to suspension, steering and brakes.

i understand i have to drill two holes for each end of the brace and attach it to the strut tops, but anybody who has fitted one(Phantom, Fraz for instance), what size and type of bolt did you use to attach it with? i notice Phantom used bolts with an allen key head, any idea what they are called?

I just used a bolt from the wing (had a few spare) they are like a self tapper screw ...but on the o/s I used a bolt that is already there IIRc it was a clamp for the wiring harness that runs alongs there

The botls from the wing >> are they gonna be strong enough? THe whole idea of the strut brace is to stop the body flexing, surely the bolt might snap if under a bit of pressure?!!

I have used M10*20 bolts.

So what strutbrace did you fit Nariman? I know they won't fit on turbo's because of the covers.. but without they do.

might not be strong enough...but i only fitted it for the looks not for any other reason so it dont really matter ...but the strut barce stops the flexing not tha bolts if it is fixed it will be doing its job just the same
