apparently according to my garage i need o/s/f lower arm suspension bushes is it worth getting sporty ones or just standard, currently i have standard suspension but in the next six months will be getting sports shocks and springs fitted. do they take ages to fit. ta

Its easier to buy a complete new lower arm. To change the bushes the old arm will have to come out anyway. If you do just want to buy the bushes, you could try some powerflex ones.

mmm is it worth buying new or second hand when it comes to the arms is it a big job to fit, ta by the way

and always better to change them as a pair..cost more but safer
