Turbo suspension advice on what kit...

Can anyone tell me if apex suspension kits are ok? ive seen them at around £200 with -35 springs my prefered option would be bilstiens kit but everywhere i look they seem to go for over £400! does any one know a cheap place to buy them from or will i be ok with the apex kit?
