hello! new owner here, just bought my calibra and theres a few things that i need to sort but thought id better ask on here in case anyone will know of any common faults, the abs light is lit on the dash, the car has stood for a while and i think it may just be dirt on the sensors, does anyone now of a way to check?

also i have a problem with the drivers window, the passengers works fine off the switch but drivers doesnt, does anyoine know of switchs failing, wiring, or the motors themselves?

thanks, hope to learn a lot on here, cant wait to get her on the road!!!

Just like to say, welcome to the site, and nice looking car, the reoperning is due to the anti child thing, stops children getting traped in the window, I have heard you can get them re set to work better but I dont know how to... what is it that your is or isnt doing houston???

Had same thing happening to me - windows - try looking inside center console, right under handbrake there is 1/4 circle-like plastic - take out that plastic and there should be white/yellowish plastic sockets - check if they are loose and push them back together and check windows then (worked for me - they unplugged somehow...)
And for abs I heard that is common problem with calibras but I also found one trick that helps me - when i start the car and abs lights stays on I push the brake once or twice while standing (before move) and it turns down - you can try that also and see if it works.
Hope this will help you.

the window is prob sticking on the rubber you might need to adjust thr runner or try a little vaseline..
