Central locking ooops

Any electrical issues

Hi people, was fitting new speakers to front door today and i went through the wire loom with a screw in the door for windows etc....Any how to cut a long story short my central locking doesnt work anymore.I just nicked a wire.(red and white one)So i basically earthed it out to the door. When i went through the wire the motor made a slight noise.Anyhow if i put my clifford alarm into vala mode and press the door lock in and out the central locking works but it doesnt work from remote or key.Ive checked the fuse under steering wheel and all seems ok.the wire has a tiny hole just like a pin hole so the wire isnt broken.
Any ideas any one?
Is there any other fuses?
oh yeh i had my clifford to lock me in and open when i turned me engine off.Now when i switch me engine off it locks then opens again?does nothing when i start me engine??
relly bunging me why it didnt blow a simple fuse or somethings?
thanks for the help anyhow.

The drivers side motor is the 5 wire one so controls the others.

Sounds like the motor is dead/damaged

Well i tryed a new door motor today and it still did the same thing,i took the new speaker off and found i had actually gone through the loom with 2 of the screws.(duh)
Anyhow i re-insulated the cables and tryed my locks, they dont do nothing apart from when the engine is running. They lock and open from inside with drivers door lock.
Do you people reckon that the clifford has something to do with it all now or the main box for the central locking?
Any ideas anyone?
cheers in advance.

The fault was in the end the actual control box for the central locking system.I got one from the breakers and it now works a treat.
