V6 not sparking on cylinders two and five!

Hi there, got a problem with my P Reg 2.5 v6, its running on four cylinders and the engine managment light is NOT on, fuel is getting to the fuel rail and the car starts first time no problem (just on four cyilnders) right i'll list below what iv already done.

* There is no spark on cylinders two and five (pulled lead and checked with a spare plug, other cylinders spark fine)
* Iv swapped suspect leads on to working cylinder and they spark ok so its not the leads
* Iv tried two and five indipendantly (with the other unplugged)
* New DIS coil pack so its not a coil down as i now no they fire in pears and 2 and 5 are one pear
* Iv had the car ticking over and pulled about on all connectors and plugs just to see if it fired but it never did (checking for broken wire)
