snapped outside air temp wire

ok i kinda man handled the socket and snapped one of the wire's does'nt appear to be a metal wire either where i would just splice it back together have i royaly scewed up lol!!

anyone else had the same problem?

You probably stretched the wire, cut back till it shows.

ah ok so i can get to a bare wire i'll give it a try over the wknd see how it goes cheers
