busted abs sensor

dunno if that will work for you's but im wondering if it will be ok to fit this to my 8v calibra? was told my sensor had coroded cheers for any help on this one

It's not normally the sensors that go wrong, it's the toothed rings that corrode & cause the problems. I seem to remember there's a guide that tells you how to measure the resistance of the sensor using a multimeter. Just unplug it up inside the wheel arch and measure it, if the reading falls inside a guide range then the sensor will be ok, you can measure it for Ohmic Resistance & then set the meter to the AC Voltage Scale & rotate the relevant roadwheel at approx 60rpm & note the multimeter reading. If all's not well then you're looking at changing the toothed rings.
