Air in the system or more likely a blocked matrix.,

I had this with my V6, you need to flush it out by removing the two pipes that go into the bulkhead from he block and flushing a hose pipe through it, not to much pressure tho, gentle at first, if it is partially blocked you will see the gunk come out. I put mine back together at it was really hot after compared to before

run the engine with the expansion cap off until at least the temperature gauge reads above normal, you should see some air come out, top up the expansion tank as necessary as some water will have to take the place of the air in the system

I have a similiar problem, I get loads of heat out of the two side vents and all floor vents but the two middle ones give out nothing but cold/slightly warm air? any thoughts?

I see, well at least I know its not broken then lol

any reason behind that? seems a bit odd, then again I'm sure someone at Vauxhall knew what they were doing when they built the car :)
