How do you change the time?

Just fitted a did or whatever you call them, but not sure how you go around setting the clock :banghead:
anyone?

thanks Robbie, i didn't know there were buttons between the large buttons.
Reading on looks like i can select 24hr clock as well

Still haven't been able to change format of time to 24hr clock. Exactly how's it done?
