TW^t headlights

the left hand side head light has got a mind of its own and keeps moving up and down when im driving ?!?!? i can hear the motor moving the lights up and down all the time its bugging me HELP PLEASE......

Sounds like a bad earth for the headlight motor.

As Nik says it's just the motor and if anything needs replacing it will be this.
